Patrick Dugan

Patrick Dugan is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New York. He started his career in Real Estate working for a General Contractor, developing luxury stick-build homes in northern New Jersey. He then transitioned to managing subcontractors on large industrial repositioning projects for a developer who also employed him as a rigger at the time. He then received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the American University of Rome in Rome, Italy. During his undergraduate studies he co-founded and exited a Bus and Touring company operating in Italy's Lazio and Campania regions. After graduation he returned to Real Estate at VCPRE where he organized and executed a strategic partnership with a Real Estate consultancy operating in Europe. At VCPRE he initially focused on multifamily and development site assets in Greenpoint, and later shifted his concentration into industrial assets and development sites in New Jersey, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx. He joined the Partners upon their departure from VCPRE and founding of the Dusk Group. Since then he has helped expand the organization via recruitment, our foray into Capital Markets brokerage and the acquisition of several additional Brokerages in NJ and FL. He manages most day-to-day operations of both the Investment Sales and Capital Markets businesses, and continues to provide excellent service, discretion, and complex problem solving and negotiation skills to our clients. Patrick has also dedicated significant time to volunteerism as a firefighter for NVVFD, a mason for From Houses to Homes in Antigua, Guatemala, and a carpenter for the CTKYM Appalachian Outreach program in Preston County, West Virginia. Patrick Speaks fluent English, Spanish, and Italian.
